Tesisin toplam kara alan\u0131 2,400 hektard\u0131r. Tesis, yerel geli\u015fimi destekleyen ve b\u00f6lgedeki s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclebilir b\u00fcy\u00fcmeleri koruyan Kamu \u00d6zel Ortakl\u0131klar\u0131\u2019na iyi bir \u00f6rnektir.<\/p>\n<p>Kurulu\u015f a\u015famas\u0131nda al\u0131m\u0131 ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirilen b\u00fct\u00fcn b\u00fcy\u00fck ba\u015f hayvanlar Amerika\u2019dan ithal edilmi\u015f ve Holstein \u0131rk\u0131d\u0131r. Ata Sancak\u2019\u0131n 2013 y\u0131l\u0131 Ocak ay\u0131nda 7.300 olan s\u00fcr\u00fc b\u00fcy\u00fckl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc 2014 \u00fcn ayn\u0131 ay\u0131nda 8.100\u2019e ula\u015fm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>Ata Sancak 2015 y\u0131l\u0131 ba\u015f\u0131nda toplam s\u00fcr\u00fc b\u00fcy\u00fckl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn\u00fc 9.000\u2019e ula\u015ft\u0131rmay\u0131 hedeflemektedir. Ata Sancak 2014 y\u0131l\u0131 itibari ile ayn\u0131 alan \u00fczerinde T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin ve Avrupa\u2019n\u0131n en b\u00fcy\u00fck Tuberk\u00fcloz ve Bruselloz hastal\u0131klar\u0131ndan ari ve AB onayl\u0131 s\u00fct \u00fcretim i\u015fletmesi konumundad\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>S\u00fct Hakk\u0131nda<br \/>\nM\u00d6 8000 y\u0131l\u0131na ait, Anadolu\u2019da tap\u0131nak duvarlar\u0131nda, evcille\u015ftirilmi\u015f, ta\u015f\u0131ma, s\u00fct ve et temini maksad\u0131yla kullan\u0131lan s\u0131\u011f\u0131rlar\u0131 g\u00f6steren \u00e7izimlere rastlanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. \u0130nsano\u011flu, 5000 y\u0131ldan beri s\u00fct i\u00e7iyor. Bu konudaki ilk kan\u0131tlar Dicle ve F\u0131rat \u0131rmaklar\u0131 aras\u0131nda kurulan S\u00fcmer Uygarl\u0131\u011f\u0131&#8217;n\u0131n Ur kentinde bulunmu\u015ftur. Bir ya\u015fam mucizesi diye nitelenebilecek kadar b\u00fcy\u00fck besin de\u011ferine sahip olan s\u00fct\u00fcn, insan ya\u015fam\u0131ndaki yeri insanl\u0131k tarihi kadar eskidir. M\u00d6 26. y\u00fczy\u0131la ait Babil kabartmalar\u0131nda s\u00fct ve s\u00fct kesi\u011fi temalar\u0131n\u0131n i\u015flendi\u011fini g\u00f6r\u00fcyoruz. Yine M\u00d6 8. y\u00fczy\u0131lda Homer&#8217;in yaz\u0131lar\u0131nda s\u00fct, s\u00fct kesi\u011fi ve peynirle ilgili anlat\u0131mlara rastlan\u0131r. \u0130ncil&#8217;de de \u0130brahim Peygamber&#8217;in \u00fc\u00e7 mele\u011fe tatl\u0131 ve ek\u015fi s\u00fct sundu\u011fu anlat\u0131l\u0131r. M\u00d6 4. y\u00fczy\u0131lda Antik Trakya ahalisi, yo\u011furt ya da yo\u011furt benzeri &#8220;proki\u015f&#8221; dedikleri bir \u00e7e\u015fit ek\u015fi s\u00fct \u00fcretiyorlard\u0131. S\u00fct i\u015fleme tekniklerini bug\u00fcnk\u00fc Rusya, Orta ve Do\u011fu Avrupa \u00fclkelerine tan\u0131tanlar\u0131n da T\u00fcrkler, Mo\u011follar ve di\u011fer g\u00f6\u00e7ebe kavimler oldu\u011fu tahmin edilmektedir. S\u00fct\u00fcn y\u00fczy\u0131llard\u0131r sa\u011fl\u0131\u011fa yararl\u0131 bir i\u00e7ecek oldu\u011fu s\u00f6ylenir. Kaliforniya Universitesi&#8217;nden Doktor Cedric Garland&#8217;\u0131n 20 y\u0131ll\u0131k bir ara\u015ft\u0131rmas\u0131, s\u00fct t\u00fcketen ki\u015filerin daha sa\u011fl\u0131kl\u0131 ba\u011f\u0131rsaklara sahip oldu\u011funu g\u00f6sterdi. 20 y\u0131l boyunca 2000 ki\u015fiyi inceleyen Garland, g\u00fcnde 2-3 bardak s\u00fct i\u00e7en ki\u015filerde ba\u011f\u0131rsak sorunlar\u0131na, hatta ba\u011f\u0131rsak kanserine pek rastlamad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 belirtti. Bu y\u00fczden Garland, ba\u011f\u0131rsak kanserini \u00f6nlemek i\u00e7in g\u00fcnde 2-3 bardak s\u00fct t\u00fcketilmesini \u00f6neriyor. T\u0131pk\u0131 di\u011fer bilim insanlar\u0131 gibi, Garland da s\u00fct\u00fcn i\u00e7erdi\u011fi kalsiyum ve D vitamininden dolay\u0131 bu kadar yararl\u0131 oldu\u011funu ileri s\u00fcr\u00fcyor. 1987 y\u0131l\u0131nda yap\u0131lan bir ara\u015ft\u0131rmada, Avusturya&#8217;da bol miktarda ba\u011f\u0131rsak kanserine rastlanmas\u0131 dikkat \u00e7ekti. Haftada en az 2-3 bardak s\u00fct t\u00fcketmeyen ki\u015filerde, ba\u011f\u0131rsak kanserine yakalanma olas\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131n daha y\u00fcksek oldu\u011fu tespit edildi. Uzmanlar, s\u00fctte bulunan kalsiyumun ba\u011f\u0131rsaklardaki, kansere yol a\u00e7abilen fazla asitleri yok etti\u011fini ve b\u00f6ylece sindirim sisteminin sa\u011fl\u0131kl\u0131 bir \u015fekilde \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 belirtiyorlar. New York Kanser Ara\u015ft\u0131rma Merkezi&#8217;nde kanser hastalar\u0131 incelendi ve s\u00fct i\u00e7en hastalar\u0131n kanser h\u00fccrelerine bak\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131nda, h\u00fccre geli\u015fmelerinde yava\u015flamaya rastland\u0131. B\u00f6ylece, kalsiyumun kanser h\u00fccrelerini yava\u015flatt\u0131\u011f\u0131 kan\u0131tlanm\u0131\u015f oldu. Bostonlu bilim insanlar\u0131, fermente s\u00fct\u00fcn i\u00e7erdi\u011fi &#8220;Asidofilis&#8221; bakterisinin de ba\u011f\u0131rsak kanserine kar\u015f\u0131 etkili oldu\u011funu s\u00f6yl\u00fcyorlar. Yap\u0131lan ara\u015ft\u0131rmalarda, bu bakterinin kanser \u00fcreten h\u00fccreleri yok etti\u011fi ortaya \u00e7\u0131kt\u0131. Japon ara\u015ft\u0131rmac\u0131lar, her g\u00fcn s\u00fct i\u00e7erek mide kanserinden de uzak durulabilece\u011fini savunuyorlar. Johns Hopkins \u00dcniversitesi ara\u015ft\u0131rmac\u0131lar\u0131, s\u00fct i\u00e7en ki\u015filerde kronik bron\u015fite pek rastlamad\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131 dile getirdiler. Uzmanlar s\u00fct\u00fcn; sigara, alkol ve bol miktarda kahve gibi ba\u011f\u0131ml\u0131l\u0131k yapan maddeleri t\u00fcketen ki\u015fileri bile korudu\u011funa dikkat \u00e7ektiler. Yap\u0131lan ara\u015ft\u0131rmalarda 1-2 paket sigara i\u00e7en ve s\u00fct t\u00fcketmeyen ki\u015filerde, kronik bron\u015fite yakalanma olas\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131n daha y\u00fcksek oldu\u011fu g\u00f6r\u00fcld\u00fc.<br \/>\nBebeklik ve \u00e7ocukluk d\u00f6neminde s\u00fct t\u00fcketimi<br \/>\nS\u00fct, insanlar\u0131n do\u011fumlar\u0131ndan itibaren ald\u0131klar\u0131 ilk besindir. \u0130lk g\u00fcnlerinde annelerinin s\u00fct\u00fcyle beslenen bebeklere, daha sonralar\u0131 hem anne s\u00fct\u00fc hem de hayvani s\u00fctler verilir. Anne s\u00fct\u00fc, bebeklerin narin v\u00fccutlar\u0131n\u0131 sa\u011flamla\u015ft\u0131r\u0131r, g\u00fc\u00e7lendirir.<br \/>\n\u00c7ocukluk d\u00f6neminin ilk birka\u00e7 y\u0131l\u0131n\u0131n, bir \u00e7ocu\u011fun gelecekteki sa\u011fl\u0131kl\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131 \u00fczerinde hayati bir \u00f6nemi vard\u0131r. G\u0131dalar ve g\u0131dalar\u0131n \u00f6nemli besin \u00f6\u011feleri, kuvvetli kemik ve di\u015f, s\u0131k\u0131 kas ve sa\u011fl\u0131kl\u0131 doku olu\u015fturmaya yard\u0131m eden maddelerdir.<br \/>\nAnne s\u00fct\u00fcnden kesildikten sonra ekstra hayvani s\u00fctlerin t\u00fcketimi, \u00e7ocuklar\u0131n ilerde laktoz intolerans\u0131 riskini artt\u0131r\u0131r. \u0130nek s\u00fct\u00fc y\u00fcksek ya\u011f ve kalori i\u00e7eri\u011fi nedeniyle, e\u011fer t\u00fcketiliyorsa, \u00e7ok dikkat edilmesi ve olabildi\u011fince azalt\u0131lmas\u0131 gerekir.<br \/>\nErgenlik \u00e7a\u011f\u0131nda besinlere ihtiya\u00e7 olduk\u00e7a y\u00fcksektir. 12,5-15,5 ya\u015f aras\u0131nda erkek \u00e7ocuklar daha h\u0131zl\u0131 b\u00fcy\u00fcrler ve y\u0131lda 10 cm\u2019ye kadar boylar\u0131 uzayabilir. B\u00fcy\u00fcme h\u0131z\u0131 k\u0131zlarda biraz daha azd\u0131r.<br \/>\nGen\u00e7lerde s\u00fct t\u00fcketimi<br \/>\nGen\u00e7ler i\u00e7in sa\u011fl\u0131kl\u0131 bir beslenme d\u00fczeni, m\u00fcmk\u00fcn oldu\u011funca besleyici de\u011feri y\u00fcksek olan \u00e7e\u015fitli g\u0131dalar\u0131 i\u00e7ermelidir. Eri\u015fkin ya\u015fta s\u00fct, sindirim sistemini bozar. \u00c7ocuklarda olan fermentler ve enzimler (laktoz, kazein, vs.) yeti\u015fkinlerde yeterli miktarlarda yoktur.
