Bu teknoloji ayn\u0131 zamanda bitki hastal\u0131klar\u0131 ve zararl\u0131lar\u0131n yay\u0131lmas\u0131n\u0131 azaltmay\u0131 hedeflemektedir.<\/p>\n<p>Giri\u015fimin, Ruanda\u2019n\u0131n tohum sistemlerini \u00f6nemli \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcde g\u00fc\u00e7lendirmesi ve \u00fclke genelindeki \u00e7ift\u00e7ilerin kaliteli ekim materyallerine eri\u015fimini art\u0131rmas\u0131 beklenmektedir.<\/p>\n<p>Bu geli\u015fme, Ruanda\u2019n\u0131n:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\u00fcr\u00fcn dayan\u0131kl\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 art\u0131rmak,<\/li>\n<li>tar\u0131msal verimlili\u011fi y\u00fckseltmek,<\/li>\n<li>ge\u00e7imini b\u00fcy\u00fck \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcde tar\u0131mdan sa\u011flayan k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fck \u00f6l\u00e7ekli \u00e7ift\u00e7ileri desteklemek<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>amac\u0131yla tar\u0131msal biyoteknoloji yat\u0131r\u0131mlar\u0131n\u0131 art\u0131rd\u0131\u011f\u0131 bir d\u00f6nemde ger\u00e7ekle\u015fmektedir.<\/p>\n<p>RAB\u2019nin biyoteknoloji program\u0131 h\u00e2lihaz\u0131rda:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Rubona,<\/li>\n<li>Musanze<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>ara\u015ft\u0131rma istasyonlar\u0131nda faaliyet g\u00f6steren doku k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fc laboratuvarlar\u0131 i\u015fletmektedir. Bu laboratuvarlarda:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>manyok,<\/li>\n<li>muz,<\/li>\n<li>tatl\u0131 patates,<\/li>\n<li>\u0130rlanda patatesi,<\/li>\n<li>hibrit kahve<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>gibi \u00fcr\u00fcnler i\u00e7in hastal\u0131ktan ar\u0131nd\u0131r\u0131lm\u0131\u015f fideler \u00fcretilmektedir.<\/p>\n<p>RAB verilerine g\u00f6re Ruanda, biyoteknoloji destekli tohum \u00e7o\u011falt\u0131m\u0131nda \u00f6nemli ilerleme kaydetmi\u015ftir.<\/p>\n<p>Sadece <strong>2023\/2024 tar\u0131m y\u0131l\u0131nda<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>doku k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fc teknolojisi kullan\u0131larak <strong>2 milyondan fazla patates fidesi<\/strong>,<\/li>\n<li><strong>12.450 muz fidesi<\/strong>,<\/li>\n<li>binlerce manyok ve tatl\u0131 patates fidesi<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\u00fcretilmi\u015ftir.<\/p>\n<p>Daha \u00f6nce yay\u0131mlanan verilere g\u00f6re ise:<strong>2020\/2021 mali y\u0131l\u0131nda<\/strong> Rubona doku k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fc laboratuvarlar\u0131 yakla\u015f\u0131k:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>1,48 milyon patates fidesi<\/strong>,<\/li>\n<li><strong>14.203 manyok fidesi<\/strong>,<\/li>\n<li><strong>9.760 tatl\u0131 patates fidesi<\/strong>,<\/li>\n<li><strong>7.375 muz fidesi<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\u00fcretmi\u015ftir.<\/p>\n<p>RAB, kurulmas\u0131 planlanan biyoteknoloji merkezinin:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>hastal\u0131klara dayan\u0131kl\u0131,<\/li>\n<li>iklim de\u011fi\u015fikli\u011fine diren\u00e7li<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>geli\u015ftirilmi\u015f \u00fcr\u00fcn \u00e7e\u015fitlerinin \u00e7o\u011falt\u0131lmas\u0131n\u0131 h\u0131zland\u0131raca\u011f\u0131n\u0131 belirtmektedir.<\/p>\n<p>Bilim insanlar\u0131 \u00f6zellikle:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Cassava Brown Streak Disease (Manyok Kahverengi \u00c7izgi Hastal\u0131\u011f\u0131),<\/li>\n<li>potato late blight (patates mildiy\u00f6s\u00fc)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>gibi y\u0131k\u0131c\u0131 hastal\u0131klardan s\u0131k\u00e7a etkilenen manyok ve patates \u00fcr\u00fcnlerine odaklanmaktad\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>Planlanan merkezin ayr\u0131ca Ruanda\u2019n\u0131n tar\u0131msal inovasyonda b\u00f6lgesel merkez olma hedefini desteklemesi beklenmektedir.<\/p>\n<p><span><span>International Institute of Tropical Agriculture<\/span><\/span> (IITA) ve CGIAR ara\u015ft\u0131rma programlar\u0131 gibi uluslararas\u0131 kurulu\u015flarla yap\u0131lan i\u015f birlikleri sayesinde Ruanda, manyok fidelerinde adaptasyon s\u00fcrecindeki hayatta kalma oran\u0131n\u0131 neredeyse %100\u2019e \u00e7\u0131karan <strong>Semi Autotrophic Hydroponic (SAH)<\/strong> sistemleri gibi modern teknolojileri de uygulamaya koymu\u015ftur.<\/p>\n<p>Tar\u0131m, Ruanda ekonomisinin temel omurgas\u0131 olmaya devam etmekte ve n\u00fcfusun b\u00fcy\u00fck \u00e7o\u011funlu\u011funa istihdam sa\u011flamaktad\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>Uzmanlara g\u00f6re yeni biyoteknoloji tohum merkezi:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>verimlili\u011fi art\u0131rmada,<\/li>\n<li>g\u0131da g\u00fcvenli\u011fini g\u00fc\u00e7lendirmede,<\/li>\n<li>\u00e7ift\u00e7i gelirlerini y\u00fckseltmede,<\/li>\n<li>\u00fclkenin tar\u0131msal d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm hedeflerini desteklemede<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>kritik rol oynayabilir.<\/p>\n<p>Yetkililer, merkezin tam kapasiteyle faaliyete ge\u00e7mesinin ard\u0131ndan yaln\u0131zca Ruanda\u2019daki \u00e7ift\u00e7ilere y\u00fcksek kaliteli fide sa\u011flamayaca\u011f\u0131n\u0131, ayn\u0131 zamanda \u00fclkeyi Do\u011fu ve Orta Afrika genelinde geli\u015ftirilmi\u015f ekim materyalleri i\u00e7in \u00f6nemli bir tedarik merkezi konumuna ta\u015f\u0131yabilece\u011fini ifade etmektedir.<\/p>\n<\/div>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Rwanda Agriculture and Animal Resources Development Board (RAB), Ruanda\u2019n\u0131n tar\u0131msal verimlili\u011fini ve g\u0131da g\u00fcvenli\u011fini bilim ve inovasyon yoluyla art\u0131rma \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131n\u0131 h\u0131zland\u0131rd\u0131\u011f\u0131 bir d\u00f6nemde, 2027 y\u0131l\u0131na kadar b\u00f6lgenin \u00f6nde gelen tesislerinden biri olmas\u0131 hedeflenen modern bir biyoteknoloji tohum \u00fcretim merkezi kurmay\u0131 planlad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 a\u00e7\u0131klad\u0131.
