Rehberde, \u00f6zellikle protein ve s\u00fct \u00fcr\u00fcnleri sa\u011fl\u0131kl\u0131 bir beslenmenin temelini olu\u015fturuyor.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>A\u00e7\u0131klanan rehberle ABD\u2019deki federal beslenme politikas\u0131 \u00f6nemli bir d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm s\u00fcrecine girdi. Rehberi bas\u0131na tan\u0131tan yetkililerin a\u00e7\u0131klamalar\u0131, uzun y\u0131llard\u0131r uygulanan d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck ya\u011f ve k\u0131s\u0131tlay\u0131c\u0131 beslenme yakla\u015f\u0131mlar\u0131n\u0131n yerini, besin de\u011feri y\u00fcksek, do\u011fal ve tam g\u0131dalar\u0131 merkeze alan yeni bir perspektife b\u0131rakt\u0131\u011f\u0131na i\u015faret ediyor.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cD\u00f6n\u00fcm noktas\u0131\u201d olarak tan\u0131mlanan politika de\u011fi\u015fimi, \u00f6zellikle s\u00fct ve s\u00fct \u00fcr\u00fcnlerinin ulusal beslenme ve sa\u011fl\u0131k stratejisinde yeniden g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc bir konum kazanmas\u0131 a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan dikkat \u00e7ekici. Yeni rehber s\u00fct, yo\u011furt ve peynir gibi \u00fcr\u00fcnleri; protein, kalsiyum, fosfor ve B vitaminleri ba\u011flam\u0131nda temel besin kaynaklar\u0131 aras\u0131nda de\u011ferlendiriyor.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Sa\u011fl\u0131kl\u0131 beslenmenin temeli:\u00a0S\u00fct \u00fcr\u00fcnleri<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Yeni beslenme rehberindeki en dikkat \u00e7ekici unsurlardan biri, ya\u011f oran\u0131na bak\u0131lmaks\u0131z\u0131n s\u00fct \u00fcr\u00fcnlerinin sa\u011fl\u0131kl\u0131 diyetin bir par\u00e7as\u0131 olarak kabul edilmesi. Uluslararas\u0131 S\u00fct \u00dcr\u00fcnleri Derne\u011fi (IDFA), yeni rehbere ili\u015fkin yay\u0131mlad\u0131\u011f\u0131 bir b\u00fcltende, rehberin s\u00fct \u00fcr\u00fcnlerinin beslenme bilimi i\u00e7indeki yerini net bi\u00e7imde teyit etti\u011fini ve t\u00fcketiciler i\u00e7in bilimsel veriye dayal\u0131 bir yol haritas\u0131 sundu\u011funu belirtiyor.
