Rwanda Ula\u015ft\u0131rma Geli\u015ftirme Ajans\u0131 (RTDA) yetkilileri, bunun bilimsel ve veri odakl\u0131 yol yap\u0131m\u0131 ile bak\u0131m\u0131na do\u011fru <strong>d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcr\u00fcc\u00fc bir ad\u0131m<\/strong> oldu\u011funu belirtti.
