Proposals received after the specified deadline will not be accepted or considered.<\/p>\n<p>The bank account for fund transfers will be provided upon submission of a written application.<\/p>\n<p>Tender proposals must be submitted in two sealed envelopes. The first envelope should contain the technical proposal, technical specifications, and conditions, while the second should contain the commercial proposal and conditions.
