28 Milyon se\u00e7menin bulundu\u011fu G\u00fcney Afrika Cumhuriyeti (GAC)\u2019nde 29 May\u0131s 2024 tarihinde ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirilen genel ve eyalet se\u00e7imlerinin resm\u00ee sonu\u00e7lar\u0131, 2 Haziran 2024 tarihinde GACUlusal Se\u00e7im Komisyonu taraf\u0131ndan d\u00fczenlenen a\u00e7\u0131klanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.S\u00f6z konusu se\u00e7imde sand\u0131k kat\u0131l\u0131m oran\u0131 % 58,6 olarak kaydedilmi\u015ftir.<\/p>\n

Ulusal d\u00fczeyde en \u00e7ok oy alan ilk be\u015f partinin oy oranlar\u0131 a\u015fa\u011f\u0131daki gibidir:<\/p>\n

– ANC, %40,18- DA, %21,81- M.K., %14,58- EFF, %9,52- IFP, %3,85<\/p>\n

Eyalet d\u00fczeyinde ANC 9 eyaletin 7’sinde se\u00e7imi kazanm\u0131\u015f olup, eyaletlere g\u00f6re birinci \u00e7\u0131kan partiler a\u015fa\u011f\u0131da sunulmaktad\u0131r:<\/p>\n

– Eastern Cape, ANC (%62,16)- Free State, ANC (%51,87)- Gauteng, ANC (%34,76)- Kwazulu-Natal, M.K. (%45,35)- Mpumalanga, ANC (%51,15)- Northern Cape, ANC (%49,34)- Limpopo, ANC (%73,30)- North West, ANC (%57,73)- Western Cape, DA (%55,30)<\/p>\n

GAC Ulusal Se\u00e7im Komisyonunun a\u00e7\u0131klad\u0131\u011f\u0131 nihai sonu\u00e7lara g\u00f6re, 1994 se\u00e7imlerinden bu yana iktidarda olan ve o d\u00f6nem Nelson Mandela’n\u0131n ba\u015fkanl\u0131k yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131 ANC (Afrika Ulusal Kongresi) 2019 genel se\u00e7iminde % 57 oy oran\u0131na sahip iken bu se\u00e7imde % 40 seviyesine gerilemi\u015ftir. Bu sonu\u00e7lara g\u00f6re, ANC Ulusal Meclisteki 400 sandalyeden 159’una sahip olurken, 1994’ten beri ilk kez meclis \u00e7o\u011funlu\u011funu kaybetmi\u015ftir.<\/p>\n

Ana muhalefet partisi DA (Demokratik \u0130ttifak) ise % 22’ye yak\u0131n oy oran\u0131yla parlamentoda 87 sandalye elde etmi\u015ftir.<\/p>\n

GAC ba\u015fkanl\u0131k sistemine dayanan parlamenter demokrasi ile y\u00f6netilmekte olup Cumhurba\u015fkan\u0131 Ulusal Meclis taraf\u0131ndan salt oy \u00e7o\u011funlu\u011fu esas\u0131na g\u00f6re se\u00e7ilmektedir.<\/p>\n

1994’ten beri elinde bulundurdu\u011fu meclis \u00e7o\u011funlu\u011funu kaybeden ANC, cumhurba\u015fkan\u0131 se\u00e7imi i\u00e7in en az 42 sandalyeye sahip bir ittifak deste\u011fine ihtiya\u00e7 duymakta olup \u00fclkede koalisyon g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015fmeleri devam etmektedir.<\/p>\n<\/div>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
